Anforderungen

Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable field, or equivalent qualification with strong testing expertise
Several years of professional experience in software testing, preferably in embedded software environments for battery management systems
Hands-on experience testing complex software systems, ideally including safety-relevance of resource-constrained systems
Strong knowledge of test design, test automation, and test analysis techniques
Experience analyzing complex software issues and developing existing solution approaches
Structured, analytical working style with strong quality mindset
Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating in interdisciplinary, international teams
Experience representing test solutions towards customers and suppliers
Ability to align technical solutions in interdisciplinary, international environments, including negotiation situations
Experience in functional guidance or mentoring

Design advanced software test solutions
Develop technical test concepts and implementations
Define and resolve complex test challenges
Further develop existing test approaches and patterns
Define and represent test strategies and designs
Align test strategies with stakeholders
Develop and execute software tests
Plan and coordinate complex test activities
Evaluate functional, performance, and safety tests
Analyze and interpret test results
Derive and track corrective actions
Contribute to test automation and quality assurance
Ensure end-to-end software quality with teams
Improve test processes, methods, and tools
Focus on automation and efficiency
Create and document test results
Communicate test recommendations
