- •Proven experience in translating test architecture into V&V plans

- •Strong drive in software testing
- •Experience with Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) and related test automation tools
- •Experience with Systems Engineering (SysML, Cameo) and Requirements Engineering
- •Experience in test management in TFS / Azure DevOps
- •Experience with Github
- •Programming skills (C#, C++, Python)
- •Domain expertise in patient monitoring
- •Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
- •Experience in influential leadership (Führen ohne Weisungsbefugnis)

- •Drive and design efficient software verification solutions
- •Collaborate with global teams in software and hardware verification
- •Lead test concept development for patient monitoring platforms
- •Engage in defining testable requirements
- •Coach test teams in implementing and executing test plans
- •Collaborate with architects to create testable, maintainable systems
- •Convert requirements into test designs
- •Specify product verification plans with cross-functional teams
- •Define acceptance criteria with product owners and subject matter experts
- •Establish working methods for the software test engineering team
- •Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and processes
- •Manage stakeholders within and beyond the team
- •Design and deliver best practices for testing
