- Highly proactive with the ability to make decisions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Aufgaben
- Design overall software architecture for machines
- Program systems offline
- Optimize inspection tasks on AXI systems
- Develop and implement new concepts for parallel sample evaluation
- Create concepts for inspection list maintenance and creation
- Write high-quality code using C#, Visual Studio, and Assure DevOps
- Provide third-level support for applications and field service
- Assist in creating product training for internal personnel
- Develop automatic software test routines for the build process
- Deliver high-quality application support with minimal supervision
- Interpret customer requirements and provide optimal solutions
- Prioritize and complete tasks promptly
- Support global and regional application efforts as needed
- Attend product launches when necessary
- Promote company values and policies
- Support sales with technical documentation on key applications
- Perform ad-hoc technical support duties as assigned
