- Basic web technologies and modern frontend frameworks knowledge, ideally Angular
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Agile)
- Extensive exposure to agile processes, particularly Scrum
- Interest in and practical use of AI tools for software development
- Financial or billing-related systems experience is a plus
