- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience/knowledge in EGS-CC and/or Pulse Mission Control frameworks
- Knowledge of Eclipse RCP-based development environments
- Familiarity with UML for software design and system modeling

- Analyze operational needs from space mission stakeholders
- Translate needs into clear, implementable software requirements
- Design complex mission control software systems
- Develop and maintain mission control software for operational use
- Apply object-oriented programming principles in C++ or Java
- Collaborate with international teams and customers
- Support different space missions and operational approaches
- Continuously learn mission operations concepts
- Contribute to evolving system architectures across projects
- Test software to ensure reliability and performance
