- Degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in computer science
- Degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in control/automation engineering
- Equivalent professional experience
- Enjoy working in an international, distributed team
- Effective communication in English
- Basic German skills or willingness to learn German
- Work permit valid in Germany
- Preference for severely disabled individuals in case of equal suitability
