- Proven track record of managing DO-178C compliant infrastructure
- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)
- In-depth understanding of DO-178C guidelines
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle
- Familiar with Agile or Scrum development environments
- Excellent communication skills for engaging at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement software configuration management infrastructure.
- Select, install, and configure CM tools and systems.
- Establish version control systems and artifact repositories.
- Collaborate with teams to maintain configuration baselines.
- Own the problem reporting and change request process.
- Organize Change Control Boards to evaluate change requests.
- Work with development, testing, and quality assurance teams.
- Provide training and support on CM tools and processes.
