- Strong problem-solving and system-level thinking
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Practical experience with databases and data modeling, covering SQL and NoSQL systems
- Excellent grasp of DevOps principles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

- Design robust and scalable architectures for various systems
- Use systems-level thinking to structure components for reliability
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to translate requirements into architectures
- Write and review technical proposals to ensure alignment with architecture principles
- Guide development through code reviews and building proof of concepts
- Define skeleton structures and ensure technical consistency across teams
- Promote architectural standards and best practices across the organization
- Analyze and document existing architectures using open standards like the C4 model
- Explain core algorithms and design patterns in clear terms for diverse audiences
- Identify and record Important Technical Decisions for traceability
- Evaluate and evolve existing architectures for improved performance
- Propose refactorings and modernization initiatives as needed
- Mentor engineering teams in system design and documentation best practices
- Stay updated with new tools and frameworks to enhance systems and processes
