- Analyze and debug software issues, fixing bugs as needed
- Identify and address technical risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Participate in planning, stand-up, review, and retrospective meetings
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards
- Ensure software design is scalable and maintainable
- Mentor and train junior engineers in the Qt/QML technology stack
