- Create a social content calendar for Germany across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Align social media strategy with global priorities
- Lead social-first content creation
- Capture event moments for content creation
- Direct designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality assets
- Establish and grow community engagement
- Build strong relationships with local influencers, partners, creators, and wellbeing communities
- Execute impactful local activations
- Manage influencer collaborations
- Manage social coverage for key product launches and brand events
- Track analytics for content optimization
- Conduct social listening for content optimization
- Prepare actionable performance reports for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing stakeholders
- Adapt campaigns to local cultural contexts
- Share best practices across regions
- Assist with tasks as needed
