- Identify social media trends
- Monitor social media performance
- Drive brand visibility across digital platforms
- Support managing Instagram and TikTok editorial calendars
- Contribute creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives
- Appear on camera as a content creator
- Film, edit, and prepare social media content
- Collect and track social media KPIs and performance metrics
- Support preparing monthly reporting presentations
- Monitor competitor activities and benchmark best practices
- Identify emerging trends, creators, and content formats
- Provide insights to optimize content performance
- Ensure new product launches are available for content creation
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR & IM, Sales, and eCommerce teams
- Coordinate with external agencies and content partners
- Support executing local social media initiatives
