Anforderungen

  • Technical education, metal worker apprenticeship, or HTL graduate
  • Good spoken and written English
  • High motivation and initiative
  • High flexibility
  • Willingness to travel worldwide and cultural understanding
  • Teamwork, assertiveness, communication skills, and reliability
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365 and MS Project
  • Basic knowledge of contract and claim management
  • Driving license
  • 3 years of international site supervision experience
  • Basic knowledge of welding

Aufgaben

  • Supervise international plant construction projects
  • Control work quality and technical specifications
  • Plan workloads and allocate tasks
  • Monitor progress against targets and milestones
  • Implement work schedules to meet deadlines
  • Coordinate with site managers to prevent conflicts
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard elimination
  • Ensure adherence to relevant safety standards
  • Advise and supervise staff and subcontractors
  • Provide installation guidance to customers
  • Manage deliveries of required goods and materials
  • Prepare detailed site reports
  • Attend site management meetings
