- Passionate about root cause analysis
- Relentless focus on maintaining high reliability and accuracy standards
- Advanced Python knowledge
- Advanced SQL knowledge
- Experience with observability and monitoring frameworks
- Strong command of data analysis tools like Metabase
- High degree of ownership
- Solution-oriented thinking
- Designing automated recovery paths
- Performing deep-dive root-cause analysis on fleet-wide anomalies
- Strong English communication skills (at least C1)
- Ideally also speak German
Aufgaben
- Monitor system health across hardware and IoT fleet
- Identify anomalies and build predictive maintenance models
- Design automated recovery paths and durable improvements
- Optimize recognition accuracy and reduce error rate
- Automate manual intervention and eliminate operational toil
- Build and refine observability tools and dashboards
- Transform raw fleet telemetry into actionable insights
- Identify necessary platform features based on operational signals
- Define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for fleet health
- Assess impact of SLOs on fleet-wide reliability
- Respond to incidents and perform operational triage (20% of time)
- Focus on high-impact reliability engineering and automation (80% of time)
