- Production expertise in AWS (IAM, Organizations, Multi-account security)
- Hands-on experience with Access Management tools (Teleport, PAM/JIT)
- Strong experience with Terraform for cloud resource management
- Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals (OIDC, SAML, SSH, TLS, TCP/IP)
- Experience programming in Go and/or Python for security automation
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and translating audit requirements
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) for access/RBAC

Aufgaben
- Design and maintain systems for human and service access to AWS
- Ensure least-privilege, automated, and audit-ready access
- Manage and scale Teleport infrastructure for secure access
- Develop and maintain automated IAM workflows in AWS
- Implement and improve Just-In-Time (JIT) access solutions
- Collaborate with Cloud Control to integrate security policies
- Automate authorization flows for regulatory compliance
- Maintain and improve Terraform for access components
- Support audits by providing technical evidence
- Ensure access protocols meet regulatory standards
- Identify and remediate gaps in access landscape
- Create monitors and alerts for access patterns
- Diagnose and resolve authentication and authorization issues
