- Manage simple and complex tech transfers
- Lead or support due diligence and sourcing projects
- Lead complex end-to-end squads
- Handle multiple CMC projects across technologies
- Ensure seamless execution of development and supply chain activities
- Lead international governance teams across diverse functions
- Manage routine production and quality control activities
- Enforce compliance with GMP, Quality, and SHE standards
- Conduct regular risk reviews to address supply issues
- Manage budgets and drive cost-reduction initiatives
- Align partner activities with global manufacturing strategy
