Aufgaben
- Coordinate final routes for the last leg
- Visually inspect routes with logistics functions
- Check truck driving and maneuvering space dimensions
- Oversee measure execution with transport providers
- Hand over joint bays and reloading areas
- Identify critical measures from route surveys
- Categorize execution complexity and time
- Agree on costs for measures and follow up
- Conduct supplier evaluations and report findings
- Align with Logistics Coordinator when issues arise
- Attend ISA meetings for coordination
- Ensure drum accessibility for location and storage
- Verify drum numbers for outbound, storage, and inbound
- Manage storage conditions for cables and accessories
- Check equipment status, permits, and certifications
- Coordinate return flow of drums and cable scrap
- Collaborate with supply chain for work methods
- Implement best practices with supply chain
- Work with project management and key functions
- Oversee key subcontractors and maintain relationships
- Coordinate with subcontractors on potential issues
