Anforderungen
- Leadership experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or 3PL operations at scale with P&L ownership

- Experience standing up new processes or sites
Aufgaben
- Own BER3's P&L, productivity, quality, safety, and team health
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual budget targets
- Flag deviations early with actionable plans
- Ensure safe and high-quality daily operations
- Maintain associate safety and compliance
- Achieve order accuracy, customer NPS, and health scores
- Conduct regular Gemba walks and shift-start presence
- Coach Area Managers with weekly 1:1s
- Develop clear growth paths and provide regular feedback
- Build a skills matrix and develop successors
- Manage performance aligned with company values
- Keep the team motivated and reduce churn
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Pilot new processes, tools, and automation
- Implement at least one measurable improvement per quarter
- Communicate clearly through SOPs and incident reports
- Present structured updates in leadership reviews and all-hands meetings
- Manage critical incidents with fast, structured responses
- Collaborate with HQ, WMS/product teams, and merchant-facing teams
