- Minimum 10 years technical background (infrastructure, PC server, firewall, network, development, MES) in manufacturing setup

Aufgaben
- Partner with Plant Managers and site leadership to drive new requests
- Ensure daily manufacturing and quality operations are supported by TGS technologies
- Facilitate strong, collaborative partnerships between Site IT and Plant Management
- Integrate technology, process, and workplace solutions for regional operations
- Address daily operational technology challenges and understand strategic priorities
- Develop deep knowledge of local manufacturing environment and key personnel
- Establish strategic partner relationships with Plant management and TGS function
- Plan and evaluate new joint initiatives with Plant leadership
- Measure and communicate value of TGS investments through agreed metrics
- Serve as single focal point for site leadership
- Identify new opportunities to leverage technology and process redesign
- Lead and guide local IT team to support plant operations and outsourced staff
- Ensure solutions are aligned with BD’s enterprise roadmaps
- Deliver projects and initiatives with consistent communication and risk management
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
- Support ISC teams in rolling out new solutions for sustainable IT-OT ecosystem
- Manage lifecycle of infrastructure, applications, and services
- Formulate strategy for retaining, retiring, and replacing local applications
- Act as continuous connector between site leadership, TGS corporate, and vendors
