- Configure and maintain a diverse device fleet
- Operate and maintain a diverse device fleet
- Manage connectivity services such as firewalls
- Manage connectivity services such as VPNs
- Manage connectivity services such as private APNs
- Manage connectivity services such as site-to-cloud connections
- Collaborate with external network partners on connectivity services
- Own SIM fleet management across multiple countries
- Own SIM fleet management across multiple carriers
- Manage SIM provisioning

- Perform carrier-level troubleshooting for SIMs
- Build monitoring solutions for device health
