Anforderungen
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration with HR focus or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in operational HR, preferred in manufacturing
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of labor law
- Proven experience working with works council
- Strong MS Office skills and SAP experience
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken

Aufgaben
- Advise managers and employees on HR and labor law
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle
- Lead the HR team professionally and disciplinarily
- Foster trust-based cooperation with employee representatives
- Prepare and review monthly payroll
- Serve as a point of contact for the works council and authorities
- Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting
- Represent HR during audits
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes
