- Execute accounting activities
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and German GAAP
- Develop and enforce finance policies
- Coordinate annual statutory audit
- Conduct financial planning and analysis
- Oversee cost structures and P&L
- Prepare financial, tax, and management reports
- Drive strategic initiatives
- Partner with EMEA and US finance teams
- Support demand planning
- Manage financial reporting in consolidation systems
- Provide pricing analytics
- Support new market entry initiatives
- Lead, hire, and develop junior finance team
- Act as key business partner to site leadership
