- Experience with meteorological or commodity market data (plus)
- Confident working with data from APIs, CSV files and databases
- Solid knowledge of SQL
- Solid knowledge of R
- Solid knowledge of Python
- Hands-on project management experience
- Ability to structure, prioritize and drive initiatives

- Fluent communication in Italian

- Support market entry in Italian day-ahead and intraday markets
- Establish local trading presence
- Set up initial trading infrastructure with partners
- Develop and refine profitable trading strategies
- Design and implement algorithmic trading strategies
- Monitor and analyze daily trading performance
- Identify and support optimization of trading activities
- Apply statistical methods to market data
- Support forecasting and informed trading decisions
