- Focus on picking, returns, and onboarding & training
- Lead and motivate the team during shifts
- Support colleagues as needed
- Monitor KPIs and derive action measures
- Ensure order and occupational safety
- Identify team members' strengths through feedback
- Support team members' growth and potential
- Communicate with the Logistics Lead and control center
- Provide feedback from the warehouse
- Implement improvements quickly on site
