You will ensure the peak performance of industrial heat pumps by combining hands-on field service across Europe with remote support and technical product development at the company.

Anforderungen

  • •Training in refrigeration technology, mechatronics, or similar technical field
  • •Willingness to travel extensively (over 50%)
  • •Fluent English and good German skills
  • •Valid Class B driver’s license
  • •Motivation to learn and develop technical skills
  • •Solution-oriented, hands-on mindset and ownership
  • •Desire to make a real impact
  • •Willingness to travel 50% throughout Europe
  • •Refrigeration systems certification or willingness to obtain
  • •Service or commissioning experience in industrial environments
  • •Experience working with large and small companies

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

Aufgaben

  • •Perform service and maintenance at customer sites across Europe
  • •Execute commissioning activities at customer premises
  • •Provide remote maintenance and telephone support to customers
  • •Train customers on installed systems
  • •Assist in creating technical training materials
  • •Support acceptance tests and trials on the heat pump test bench
  • •Support production during the construction of heat pumps
  • •Assist in the ongoing development and improvement of products
