- Process customer feedback and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Plan and organize service activities with sales teams.
- Execute monthly and yearly service programs in Germany.
- Coordinate supply of components from the Hungarian parent company.
- Submit weekly reports to the Technical Support Manager.
- Prepare service reports and safety protocols per regulations.
- Maintain feedback and service report registers as required.
- Administer time tracking and task management systems.
