Service Delivery & Data Analytics Manager Europe(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Analytics, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI, and Excel
• Experience with SAP (preferably FMS) in order-to-cash
• Strong understanding of leveraging data for business impact
• Strategic problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving collaboration
• Passion for automation and data visualization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Flexibility to travel across Europe when needed

Aufgaben

• Lead performance reporting for warehousing, transportation, and omnichannel operations across Europe
• Define and implement a comprehensive reporting strategy for data-driven decision making
• Collaborate with global technology and product management teams to enhance reporting systems
• Ensure data accuracy across the Distribution & Logistics function
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators to improve supply chain and service performance
• Support major distribution center transformations and the roll-out of new marketplaces
• Drive automation of reporting processes and create self-service tools for internal teams
• Contribute to the migration to a new data warehouse and reporting platform
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance service levels
