Service Delivery & Data Analytics Manager Europe(m/w/x)
As a Service Delivery & Data Analytics Manager in Europe, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing logistics experiences by leading performance reporting, ensuring data accuracy, and driving automation. Your insights will help shape data-driven decisions and improve service efficiency across the organization.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Analytics, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI, and Excel
- Experience with SAP (preferably FMS) in order-to-cash
- Strong understanding of leveraging data for business impact
- Strategic problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving collaboration
- Passion for automation and data visualization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Flexibility to travel across Europe when needed
Aufgaben
- Lead performance reporting for warehousing, transportation, and omnichannel operations across Europe
- Define and implement a comprehensive reporting strategy for data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with global technology and product management teams to enhance reporting systems
- Ensure data accuracy across the Distribution & Logistics function
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to improve supply chain and service performance
- Support major distribution center transformations and the roll-out of new marketplaces
- Drive automation of reporting processes and create self-service tools for internal teams
- Contribute to the migration to a new data warehouse and reporting platform
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance service levels
