- Manage non-conformities daily
- Inform suppliers of Non-Conformity Reports (NCR)
- Replace defective parts
- Implement securitization measures
- Facilitate Non-Conformity Report treatment
- Establish action plans for NCR targets
- Invoice suppliers for Cost Of Non-Quality (CONQ S1)
- Manage supplier waiver requests
- Organize supplier retrofits
- Decide on quality walls
- Secure supplier containment action plans
- Challenge suppliers on corrective/preventive actions
- Verify corrective and preventive action effectiveness
- Request evidence for supplier actions
- Perform supplier visits
- Ensure control plan sustainability
- Follow up with main suppliers regularly
- Manage supplier improvement roadmaps
- Implement Supplier Quality escalation process
- Organize supplier reviews
- Inspect low-critical parts
- Participate in Return Of Experience (REX) analysis for trusted suppliers
- Prepare supplier quality reviews
- Monitor supplier quality reviews to address top issues
