In this role, you will lead the verification and validation efforts for aircraft systems, collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with certification and safety standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Anforderungen

• •Engineering degree in Aerospace Engineering or related area
• •Minimum 7 years of experience in aerospace V&V, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
• •Strong working knowledge of aviation certification standards (ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO-178C, DO-254, CS-23/Part 23, or equivalent)
• •Hands-on experience in developing and executing V&V plans for integrated systems
• •Proficiency with systems engineering and test management tools (e.g., 3DX, DOORS, Polarion, JIRA, MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW)
• •Strong communication skills and experience leading technical teams
• •Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, other European language would be a plus
• •Positive thinking, 'Can do' attitude and self-initiative
• •Passionate about aviation and electrification of aviation industry

Aufgaben

• •Define and lead the V&V strategy for aircraft systems and subsystems
• •Develop and manage system-level test plans and requirement traceability matrices
• •Create test cases and procedures for compliance evidence
• •Drive the integration and verification process from development to testing
• •Conduct lab testing, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), and ground testing
• •Oversee flight test campaigns
• •Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements using the PLM tool 3D Experience
• •Lead system-level reviews and audits with internal teams and certification authorities
• •Ensure adherence to engineering processes and standards
