- Strong design skills with understanding of complex product structures, information architecture, and user flows

- Figma expertise with auto layout, constraints, variables, and animated prototypes; experience building design systems and complex components with properties
- Keen eye for typography, layout, and detail; solid understanding of current design trends and best practices
- Proficiency in using AI for daily workflow, from ideation to building interactive prototypes
- Strong communication and presentation skills; enjoyment of close collaboration with teams and stakeholders
- Experience designing B2B, SaaS or enterprise/back-office products
- Familiarity with the commerce or e-commerce domain
- Technical background or basic understanding of code (e.g. HTML/CSS, component structure) for prototype building and engineer collaboration
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and prototyping tools for building interactive prototypes
- Understanding of front-end development effort and constraints (component libraries, design tokens); comfort collaborating closely with engineers
- Experience contributing to or owning a design system at scale
- Experience with branding and visual identity work
Aufgaben
- Work iteratively on concepts, screen designs, user flows, and prototypes
- Translate complex B2B requirements into outstanding, intuitive UI
- Design data-dense, workflow-heavy interfaces to feel simple and efficient
- Contribute to and scale the design system
- Drive a consistent, unified UX/UI across the Panel
- Improve design-to-implementation flow, including handoff and engineering collaboration
- Conduct user research with merchants and internal stakeholders
- Shape concepts
- Hand designs into development
- Perform design QA
- Combine customer-centric perspective with strong analytical skills
- Communicate and present decisions to stakeholders in German and English
- Advocate for the user perspective
- Partner with product management to shape feature requirements
- Share knowledge about usability, user-centricity, and Figma with UX and product teams
