Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with 1+ year of relevant experience
• •Experience designing, moderating, and analyzing qualitative research
• •Experience designing, launching, and analyzing rapid quantitative research
• •Experience translating research findings into strategic narratives
• •Experience understanding product experimentation results
• •Experience mentoring and fostering a culture of growth and development within a research team
• •Excellent communication skills

Aufgaben

• •Collaborate with data science, product management, product marketing, design, and engineering to identify research topics
• •Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research using various methods
• •Lead exploratory and evaluative research to inform product simplification and scalability strategies
• •Analyze and synthesize user, product, service, or business needs to guide vision and strategy discussions
• •Advocate for current and potential customers as a thought leader in the research domain
• •Contribute to building a cohesive roadmap by understanding Grammarly’s strategic business goals and user needs
• •Partner with data science and quantitative researchers to define and monitor key experience metrics
• •Communicate effectively and work quickly within a fast-paced team focused on speed, rigor, and quality
• •Generate insights to fuel ideation and evaluate potential solutions
• •Work independently and autonomously
