In this role, you will be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their digital transformation journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing strategies, managing project backlogs, and collaborating with teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Anforderungen

• •Professional fluency in German
• •Professional fluency in English
• •5-8+ years’ experience in digital transformation consulting
• •5-8+ years’ experience in platform-led business analysis
• •3+ years’ experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
• •Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) and/or Content Management Systems (CMS)
• •Ability to challenge constructively and influence prioritization
• •Comfortable presenting concepts, roadmaps, and value cases
• •Willingness to travel to client sites

Aufgaben

• •Develop digital transformation strategies and specifications
• •Take responsibility for content in projects and proposals
• •Advise clients on opportunities for their digital roadmap
• •Create and manage business backlog for prioritization
• •Act as a subject matter expert during client pitches
• •Conduct requirements engineering and functional specifications
• •Document and manage functional and non-functional requirements
• •Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories
• •Define and enhance industry-specific business processes
• •Support clients throughout their digital project phases
• •Advise clients on business and communication aspects
• •Build bridges between internal and client stakeholders
• •Collaborate closely with development, UX, and content teams
• •Prepare and facilitate client workshops for idea generation
• •Stay updated on digital trends and their impact on clients
