- Genuine curiosity and willingness to expand tech domains
- Deep expertise in tokenization
- Broad capability to evaluate new areas
- Fluent English (B1 level)
- Fluent German (B1 level)
- Experience at an asset manager with digital assets interest
- Experience at a crypto exchange, broker, or neo-bank
- Familiarity with EU regulatory landscape (MiCAR, DLT Pilot, MiFID II, AML/KYC, TFR)
- Exposure to design thinking
- Exposure to lean experimentation
- Exposure to vendor due diligence
- Exposure to partnership models
- Background in banking
- Background in asset management
- Background in market infrastructure strategy/technology consulting
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
- Equivalent practical experience

- Develop and deliver a tokenization strategy
- Bridge traditional asset management with tokenized models
- Define RBI's digital asset landscape competitiveness
- Align with business lines, compliance, and legal
- Create actionable implementation roadmaps
- Identify, scope, and prioritize tokenization use cases
- Lead POCs/MVPs for tokenization
- Shape business cases for tokenization
- Facilitate tokenization handovers into delivery
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
- Ensure regulatory compliance and scalable execution
- Explore emerging tech domains
- Translate emerging trends into business value
- Lead horizon scanning and opportunity assessments
- Lead cross-domain POCs
- Contribute to group playbooks and standards
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops
- Facilitate governance for alignment and momentum
