- B2B SaaS background strongly preferred, understanding enterprise customers, IT stakeholders, and integration complexity

- Satisfaction in iterating, improving, and maturing a product

- Experience with semantic or vector search, understanding embeddings and retrieval models
- Familiarity with search relevance and re-ranking, tuning results quality
- Experience working with indexing pipelines, understanding content ingestion and searchability
- Exposure to enterprise knowledge integrations, connecting search to platforms like SharePoint, Confluence
- Awareness of AI-generated summaries or answer synthesis
- Familiarity with search evaluation frameworks, offline evaluation and metric design
