- Minimum 4 years work experience and 2 years professional experience as Business Analyst or comparable role, ideally in E-Commerce

- Strong project management and conceptual skills

- Solution-oriented, creative, and out-of-the-box thinking
- Task tackling and process optimisation
- Proactive, self-determined attitude
- Strong hands-on mentality and willingness to take ownership
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- German language skills are a nice-to-have asset
Aufgaben
- Act as SCAYLE expert and primary contact for partners and clients
- Lead workshops to analyze business needs and define requirements
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Architects
- Write detailed project concepts
- Perform hands-on configurations in SCAYLE backend
- Steer projects through entire lifecycle
- Conduct requirement analysis
- Design project concepts
- Align with developers
- Perform UAT testing
- Support Go-live and Hypercare phases
- Provide expert consulting to partners
- Assist Account Managers with live support
- Contribute to internal team meetings and advancements
