  • •Ensure efficient integration of CLM and CRM systems with enterprise applications
  • •Adapt systems and workflows to meet regulatory requirements
  • •Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose improvements
  • •Support the transition from legacy systems to modern platforms
  • •Analyze and document existing CLM and CRM workflows
  • •Provide technical support for Lotus Notes applications
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CLM and CRM systems
  • •Develop and customize CLM and CRM systems to meet business needs
  • •Support the migration of legacy systems to modern platforms
  • •Ensure enhancements comply with IT architecture and standards
  • •Define and document test plans and scenarios
  • •Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • •Act as a liaison between business and IT teams
  • •Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements
  • •Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes
  • •Propose and implement solutions to improve system efficiency
