- Experience preparing consolidated financial statements
- Familiarity with intercompany processes and compliance requirements
- Strong system affinity; experience with ERP systems and reporting tools
- Execution-driven mindset, strong sense of ownership, attention to detail
- Excellent German and good English communication skills
Aufgaben
- Oversee the general ledger for multiple legal entities
- Ensure timely posting of all GL transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage the chart of accounts and accounting policies
- Handle intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
- Optimize GL workflows for accuracy and speed
- Serve as the key contact for auditors and tax advisors
- Support the VP Finance in developing the compliance framework
- Conduct financial analyses and monthly bank reporting
- Lead and develop the accounting team
