- Wealth of experience in tax compliance and tax accounting
- Working knowledge of ASC 740 and/or IAS 12
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to prioritise in dynamic and demanding environment
- Excellent knowledge and strong experience with Microsoft Excel
- Detail oriented with strong technical and analytical skills
- Experience working with SAP is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Aufgaben
- Ensure accurate and timely tax compliance and reporting
- Develop an understanding of the Group's business activities and tax impacts
- Manage preparation and review of direct and indirect tax return filings
- Oversee periodic tax payment requirements in collaboration with external advisors
- Maintain relationships with external tax advisors and regulatory authorities
- Lead and mentor the tax team to foster a culture of excellence
- Monitor changes in international tax legislation and assess their impact
- Manage preparation and review of quarterly tax calculations for corporate and deferred tax
- Prepare annual tax calculations and financial statement disclosures
- Collaborate with Finance team members and external advisors
