- Support the existing portfolio during the holding phase
- Ensure tax compliance and legally required documentation
- Prepare transfer pricing studies for investment companies
- Identify and mitigate potential tax risks
- Coordinate risk mitigation with Group Centers
- Monitor global tax developments
- Execute restructuring measures with key stakeholders
