- Proven success in closing demanding requisitions and working with clear recruiting KPIs
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of sourcing, interviewing, and driving processes
- Experience partnering with demanding hiring managers and enforcing clear recruiting standards
- Data-driven, results-oriented working style with focus on measurable outcomes
- High quality standards, reliability, and strong ownership for recruiting results
- Very strong German and English language skills (minimum C1, ideally C2)
