As a Senior System Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the IT infrastructure, managing devices, and ensuring security compliance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve optimizing systems, automating processes, and providing top-notch support to employees.

Anforderungen

• •Experience with configuration tools such as Terraform, Okta, and Jamf Pro
• •3-5 years experience in a similar IT environment and support role
• •Extensive experience with identity management tools and API integrations
• •Experience managing macOS or Linux operating systems in an enterprise environment
• •Experience with Atlassian, GWS, and Github
• •Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Python or Bash
• •Solution-oriented mindset focused on improving IT infrastructure and user experience
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Aufgaben

• •Develop and document internal IT infrastructure
• •Manage Okta, Github, Google Workspace, Cloudflare, Jira, Confluence, and Slack
• •Optimize Okta administration through automation
• •Leverage Okta Workflows and API integrations for identity management
• •Manage and scale macOS and Windows devices
• •Oversee Jamf Pro and Intune infrastructure
• •Collaborate with the information security team on security standards
• •Establish best practices for the enterprise environment
• •Ensure regulatory compliance, including GDPR
• •Manage backups and recovery processes
• •Oversee the IT support lifecycle from intake to resolution
• •Handle employee technical issues and service requests via Jira Service Management
