- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English

Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end partner operations in Germany and Poland
- Oversee delivery, freight, and fulfillment partner portfolio
- Negotiate with strategic carrier and fulfillment partners
- Drive cost efficiency while maintaining service quality
- Set strategic vision for DE/PL network
- Identify and address capability gaps
- Lead and develop a team of two
- Set clear targets for team members
- Coach team on commercial and operational topics
- Remove blockers for team success
- Drive operational performance with Special Operations Manager
- Manage commercial performance with Junior Strategic Partner Manager
- Conduct business reviews with key partners
- Represent Hive Operations internally and externally
- Serve as primary escalation point for DE/PL Ops topics
- Engage with Growth Team and Merchant Care
- Coordinate with carriers, 3PLs, and fulfillment partners
