- Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Over 5 years of experience in circuit or logic design for non-volatile memory
- Proficient in utilizing EDA tools and design methodologies for custom and digital design of non-volatile memory
Aufgaben
- Implement and enhance NVM solutions in Elmos design system
- Safeguard quality through silicon verification
- Define design specifications, schemes, workflows, and layout guidelines
- Drive development of embedded NVM test chips and IP
- Act as interface to silicon foundry and IP partners
- Conduct comprehensive design reviews
- Analyze silicon data and perform debugging
- Work with cross-functional team to establish technology specifications
- Develop characterization processes and reliability methodologies
