- Experience with nonstandard readout architectures
Aufgaben
- Advance readout and reset techniques for superconducting quantum computers
- Research and improve mid-circuit and terminal readout performance
- Support calibration automation and benchmarking workflows
- Develop calibration routines for measurement operations
- Characterize near-quantum-limited parametric amplifiers
- Design and optimize qubit reset protocols for QEC
- Identify performance bottlenecks and lead cross-team resolutions
- Provide structured feedback on QPU quality to fabrication teams
- Advise system engineering teams on readout hardware
- Mentor quantum engineers at the project and team level
- Perform regular calibration activities across device architectures
- Document and report results for technical and non-technical stakeholders
