- Master's degree or comparable in electrical/computer engineering
- Expert knowledge in functional verification of integrated circuit designs
- Expert knowledge in UVM and constrained random verification
- Development and management of verification environments, components, and IP
- Significant experience in analog mixed-signal modeling and verification
- Basic knowledge in formal verification and SystemVerilog assertions
- Knowledge of verification of designs with MCU and hardware/software co-simulation
- Good documentation skills for automotive development processes
- Adherence to IATF 16949 and ISO 26262 standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team player
- Ability to understand and explain complex issues and solutions
- Ability to understand development processes and identify improvements
- Willingness to learn new methods and adopt them efficiently

- Ability to work in a multi-site, multi-culture environment
- Technical publications and presentations (plus)
- Fluent English in text and speech

- Lead verification projects with other engineers
- Set up complex verification environments and testcases
- Follow IATF 16949 development process for automotive applications
- Focus on sensor signal conditioners for industrial applications
- Create models of analog blocks
- Run co-simulations to verify models
- Establish best practices for verification methodologies
- Contribute to verification strategy for efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-discipline project teams
- Ensure consistent and efficient workflows
- Mentor team members to improve capabilities
- Support quality procedure development
- Select verification IP
- Evaluate and adopt new tools and workflows
- Provide feedback to improve verification environments
