You will lead complex SAP SPM implementations, translating client needs into technical solutions while mentoring a team and optimizing incentive plans to ensure high-quality delivery.

Anforderungen

• •7+ years experience with SAP IM or APM
• •Strong knowledge of SAP SPM components
• •Experience integrating SAP SPM with other systems
• •Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• •Fluency in English and German
• •Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• •SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Commissions
• •Experience with SAP BTP and reporting tools
• •Familiarity with APM, T&Q, or ALM modules
• •Knowledge of compensation platforms like SAP ICM

• •Support pre-sales with solution design and estimations
• •Mentor junior consultants and conduct peer reviews
• •Review configurations and technical documentation
• •Identify and mitigate project risks
• •Ensure high delivery quality throughout projects
• •Conduct system health checks
• •Recommend improvements for existing SPM solutions
