- Strong SAP HCM on-premise background (PA/OM, interfaces); HCM transformation/migration to S/4HANA desirable
- Consulting and/or corporate environments experience valued
- Hands-on data migration activities experience (cleansing, transformation, import) advantageous
- Ownership of deliverables and end-to-end sub-project drive with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across HR, IT, business leadership
- Fluent English skills mandatory; German skills a plus

- Align with future-ready HR process models
- Streamline and standardize global HR processes
- Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules
- Perform system configuration and customizing
- Collaborate with HR leads, IT teams, and partners
- Translate business strategies into technical configurations
- Support system governance and user enablement
- Drive innovation and optimization of SuccessFactors
- Contribute to Talent Suite Solution Architecture
