Anforderungen
- Several years of experience in retail operations, supply chain, store operations, customer service, transformation, or related field
- Practical experience with customer-facing or operational retail processes
- Strong understanding of real-life retail processes and operational challenges
- Good understanding of AI, Agentic AI, digital transformation, and customer experience
- Initial experience in transformation, digitalization, process improvement, or technology initiatives
- Ability to translate operational challenges into structured requirements and actionable solutions
- Hands-on mentality with strong focus on execution and measurable business impact
- Confidence in working across business, operational, and technical teams
- Structured, proactive, and independent way of working
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Willingness to visit warehouses, stores, engage with operational teams, and test solutions in real environments
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages advantageous
Aufgaben
- Implement AI transformation initiatives across customer experience, Agentic Commerce, and customer care
- Translate operational retail challenges into AI use cases, requirements, and execution plans
- Integrate practical retail expertise into scalable AI solution design
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, operations, data, AI, product, and technology teams
- Support pilots and testing with employees, customer-facing processes, and in stores, warehouses, or MMS locations
- Coordinate activities, milestones, dependencies, and follow-up actions
- Collect and translate customer and employee feedback into concrete improvements
- Prepare business cases, KPI definitions, and impact assessments
- Track implementation progress and identify operational challenges
- Prepare stakeholder updates, documentation, and decision materials
- Support scaling AI solutions across stores, countries, and business units
