- Strong expertise in European regulatory landscape
- Strong expertise in product conformity requirements
- Strong expertise in safety standards (EN 62841 / EN 60335)
- Long-term cooperation with notified bodies
- Long-term cooperation with certification bodies
- Long-term cooperation with external regulatory partners
- Deep knowledge of risk management
- Deep knowledge of regulatory documentation
- Deep knowledge of conformity assessment processes
- Strong technical understanding of electrical products
- Deep knowledge of electronics
- Strong German communication skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to guide stakeholders
- Ability to operate confidently in complex international environments
Aufgaben
- Support product alignment with European regulatory requirements
- Provide regulatory guidance throughout the product lifecycle
- Maintain compliance documentation
- Integrate regulatory and risk considerations into cross-functional processes
- Lead European regulatory affairs activities
- Offer expert guidance on regulatory requirements for product development and market access
- Define and drive regulatory strategies for new products and changes
- Ensure lifecycle compliance in the EU
- Own technical documentation and conformity evidence
- Make regulatory decisions for complex products and projects
- Conduct risk-based regulatory assessments
- Ensure robust integration of safety and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, Product Management, and leadership teams
- Assess changes in EU legislation and standards
- Determine business impact of regulatory changes
- Drive implementation and continuous improvement of regulatory processes
