- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or comparable
- Long-term manufacturing, process, or industrialization experience
- In-depth expertise in hose products and manufacturing processes
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery and tooling
- Experience defining, reviewing, and implementing process specifications
- Ability to work closely with plants and suppliers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High ownership and technical leadership
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel to production facilities worldwide (40-50%)

Aufgaben
- Apply expertise in hose manufacturing
- Support product and process industrialization
- Drive manufacturing excellence
- Ensure stable, high-quality serial production
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes
- Industrialize manufacturing equipment
- Focus on stable, scalable, cost-effective production
- Lead process and equipment development
- Support core hose manufacturing technologies
- Guide product and process industrialization
- Translate requirements into manufacturing concepts
- Ensure process capability and repeatability
- Define and review process specifications
- Support supplier coordination
- Conduct FAT, SAT, commissioning, and start-up
- Stabilize serial production
- Act as technical expert for hose manufacturing
- Provide hands-on support during implementation
- Troubleshoot and ramp up production
- Control introduction of new products and changes
- Support engineering changes and product modifications
- Ensure robust industrialization with minimal disruption
- Improve manufacturing performance
- Focus on process capability and quality consistency
- Enhance yield and cycle time
- Ensure operational stability
- Support global product launches
- Facilitate technology transfer
- Standardize manufacturing practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement
