Aufgaben
- Oversee CAE activities for child seats, wheeled goods, furniture, and sports goods
- Coordinate CAE activities across Europe, China, and the US
- Define processes and material models for CAE
- Establish best practices for CAE in product development
- Collaborate with global testing and engineering departments
- Investigate module-level testing processes
- Perform static simulations for product integrity and safety
- Manage CAE activities with external service providers
- Establish new simulation environments
- Correlate simulation results with internal and external tests
- Optimize structural geometries and material selection
- Consider performance, cost, and weight in optimizations
- Provide expertise in fatigue and damage tolerance calculations
- Support product development and testing with fatigue and damage tolerance
- Utilize finite element method for analyses and simulations
- Use multi-body dynamics methodologies for simulations
- Leverage simulation software tools for analyses
